Once an order has shipped, there will be a php5000 restocking fee plus Cost of Shipment for orders cancelled after they have shipped, including deliveries that are intercepted, refused, or unopened boxes that are returned after delivery.

Sales of Kingon Portable Oxygen Concentrators can be returned/exchanged within 3-day period from the date the unit is received.  Exchanges and returns are limited to maximum of 3 hours of machine usage.  This hourly usage can be seen once the machine is turned on.

If you decide to return/exchange your portable concentrator, a "Request for a Return/Exchange" must be emailed to inquiry@kingon.ph within 3 days of receipt of the order including the Reason of Request.  Product must be shipped within 3 days upon sending the request. All returns must include all original packaging, without defects nor scratches.

Return requests made during the 3-day period will receive a full refund less php5000 for shipping/handling fee plus php5000 restocking fee.
