Kingon Portable Oxygen Concentrators may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, brand-new condition.  Machine usage history is tracked in the machine and returns/exchanges will not be processed for used machines.

If you decide to return/exchange your portable concentrator, a "Request for a Return/Exchange" must be emailed to inquiry@kingon.ph within 3 days of receipt of the order including the Reason of Request.  Product must be shipped within 3 days upon sending the request.

 

All returns must include all items in the original packaging, in brand new condition, without defects nor scratches.

Return requests made during the 3-day period will receive a full refund less php5000 for handling fee and php5000 restocking fee.
