Yes, our FAA Approved portable oxygen concentrators are allowed on Philippine Airlines flights and other Commercial Airlines.  It meets the necessary requirements because it's FAA-approved and has the required labeling that PAL specifies for POCs.

Can Kingon oxygen concentrators be used while sleeping?

We do not recommend using Kingon portable oxygen concentrators for unsupervised sleep due to the machines using pulse dose system.  Our breathing pattern changes during sleep which can affect oxygen delivery.

Can oxygen concentrators produce medical oxygen for an unlimited period of time?

Oxygen concentrators use a special filter called molecular sieve to create medical-grade oxygen. To ensure your concentrator continues to work properly, it's important to replace the molecular sieve every 1 to 1.5yrs for optimum oxygen delivery.
